• Extensive cleaning opportunities in the Annex building & outside
• Beautification of the lawn at the Annex
• New Paint in Annex (Beautification)
• Flooring needs stripped and buffed at Annex
• Bushes need trimmed at Annex
• Parking lot needs established at Annex
• New Lighting in All the rooms at the Annex
